Glasgow
Glasgow did not match my expectations. The image of a dour city with little to recommend it was wrong. Glasgow nicely exceeded what few positive expectations I had.
Birmingham Air-Rail Link
As many others have done before me, I filmed the Air-Rail Link journey as we headed back. The system is fully automated, departs almost every two minutes, and feels swift enough not to add additional stress.
Au Revoir Australia
Our final weeks in Australia were a whirlwind of packing and catching up with family and friends. Thank you to everyone who hosted events for us and had us as guests. We had a wonderful time.
Hobart, Tasmania
A recent wander around Tasmania started and ended in the capital city, Hobart. We spent a day walking around the city visiting various shops, sites, and attractions.
