For four months we lived within a hundred metres of this hidden gem. Only after seeing a programme on arte did we realise what was hidden so close below our feet.

Springing into Blossom

Spring has arrived in Lyon. The trees in front of the theatre have burst into blossom. It is good to see colour return to the streets and squares.

Drumming Outside Théâtre de Lyon

The sound of crowds and drumming rumbled through the windows this afteroon. Looking out we saw a procession of people led by drummers entering the square in front of Célestins, Théâtre de Lyon.
