Au Revoir Australia
Our final weeks in Australia were a whirlwind of packing and catching up with family and friends. Thank you to everyone who hosted events for us and had us as guests. We had a wonderful time.
Farewells Have Begun
My work colleagues hosted a surprise farewell lunch for me this week, and gave me an amazing bunch of Australian native flowers and a bag of goodies that are difficult to find elsewhere in the world.
Night Market
The night market at Queen Victoria Market is more about entertainment that shopping, with food from around the world and live music.
Puffing Billy Steam Train Film and Photos

Macedon Regional Park
We recently visited Macedon Regional Park for a bush walk. The 5km walk to the top of Mount Macedon is steep, and slippery in parts. But, the scenery along the way is beautiful and there is a good view over the park and nearby town from the top.
Photos of Geelong, Victoria
We recently visited Geelong for a tour of the local vineyards. Before we joined the tour, we wandered around Geelong and I enjoyed taking a few photos.

Botany Bay Yacht Club
Last weekend Megan and I joined local friends and family for an event at the Botany Bay Yacht Club. The club’s location is stunning. I could not resist putting together a short film to share.
Film and photos of the Great Ocean Road
Megan and I spent yesterday sightseeing along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road. Our stops included Torquay, Bells Beach, Apollo Bay, and the Port Campbell National Park.
Waterskiing on the Yarra River
This afternoon Megan and I visited Melbourne’s annual Moomba Festival. Yesterday’s storm made the Yarra river’s banks muddy and slippery, but did not appear to reduce the crowds.
