Soaked Annecy - Old and New Town

We were unfortunate with the weather on our first day. The rain started early and continued throughout the day.

As we darted from shelter to shelter, I took what photos I could. Despite my having taken greater risks in Tasmania, I decided against subjecting my camera to too much more rain.

Annecy has a pretty old town and a generic modern component too. Even in the rain our exploration was fun.

The old town was quiet. The rain had kept most people off the streets.
