Anticipating French Food

It would be remiss of me not to mention the food and markets in Lyon. One of the joys of moving to France is the culture of good food, and one of the joys of Lyon is knowing it is the gastronomic capital of France.

The last couple of weeks have gone quickly. Our attention has been focused on setting up and completing a few must do tasks. With our attention elsewhere we have yet to really savour the food around us.

Despite this, the stunning range of food and offerings can not be completely ignored. Two highlights include walking around Les Halles de Lyon and visiting our local market by the river.
