Walking in Fern Tree Gully

We spent an occasionally wet but enjoyable day out and about in Fern Tree Gully. The gully is part of Dandenong Ranges National Park in Victoria, Australia. As you might expect from a National Park, the location is beautiful, green, and a great place to go walking.

The weather was unpredictable but we managed to avoid getting soaked for most of the day. A final burst of rain caught us out in the open just before we reached the train station. It meant a train journey home in wet clothes, but it did not dampen our mood.
